Humus Versol first began trading.
Spanish Company registration number 20/01/1988 and number 24/08012 under the subcategory of agriculture on the National Activity Registry.
We first began packing our own products in 28kg bags.
We began producing our own brand in 25kg bags.
In 1990, we also introduced the 1kg bag as well as launching our first advertising and sales campaign.
Two years later, we spread across the entire north of Spain and Madrid.
In 1992, we began to produce our own substrate, which continuously improved thanks to considerable testing on crops and this substrate became our rich peat moss, a universal substrate perfect for almost any crop.
During this period we increased our presence in Garden Centres, DIY Stores, Agricultural Cooperatives, Nurseries, Agricultural Plantations, Hydroplanting, etc...
In 2004, we began local delivery with our own fleet of vans increasing direct sales to end users and to retailers.
We began to sell our products in France.
In 2005, we launched our website www.humusversol.com.
We introduced our Rich Peat Moss made with Perlie & Vermiculite which is now sold in 9L & 80L units.
We introduced pine bark chipping products.
We began to sell landscaping Decorative Stones, Perlite, Vermiculite, Humus, Gravel, Top Soil and Lawn Seed.
Our presence commenced on social networks: Facebook & Twitter.
We added new products: Meshes, Coverings & Greenhouse Plastic Sheeting.
Market presence and popularity grows and we continued to introduce new products including Guano, Blue fertilizer and Arlite Stones.
We have changed our business model this year in terms of Brand Image, Marketing & Advertising and have contracted creative agency LuarStudio, to help strengthen our brand and services offered.
We will broaden our product range to complement our traditional product fertilizers and soil products with a new focus also on gardening products, animal feeds, plants, seeds, bulbs, heating etc...
